Review:
I grew up watching Arnold, I own all of his films, I am what you would call a fan of serious Schwarzenegger. I have been waiting decades for his return to the cinema, and I was not disappointed. The Last Stand is perfect, but Arnold fans can rejoice, as this is back! The premise (for those who havent watched the trailer a dozen times like me) Mexican cartel head (Eduardo Noriega) has escaped custody during transport and go to the Mexican border, and "m going to get there by going through the city Sommerton sleepy, Arizona. Arnold is the Sheriff in the sleepy little town, and is the latest BIS hope will stop the ruthless gangster. The film is full, bloody action intense, exciting car chases (thanks to swperu up over a thousand horsepower Corvette ZR1!) A funny one liner. The film never takes itself too seriously (which is good) and surprisingly funny throughout. Arnolds acting a bit rusty, but more than makes up for it in the action scenes. And the action sequences (most) are exciting and bloody, the theater kept cheering out loud. R-rhythm is perfect, votes by.The flight movie is great ... Luis Guzman is funny as Arnolds Pro, Forest Whitaker as the lead FBI agent, Peter Stormare as the right man maniacal villain, Johnny Knoxville as a city clown, Harry Dean Stanton as the crotchety old farmer, the list goes on .. . The film is everything I wanted from Arnold movie, its fun (!), Full of action and lots of (hilarious) one quick shipping. Failure Arnold van probably wont get a lot of this, but this movie made for Arnold fans, and giving.
