Too begin: This is the only movie that made me quiet for a full five minutes after seeing it. I literally can not shut his mouth, and yet is not any sound coming from it. Oldboy had such an impact on me that the words are too small to illustrate. That's why this movie is definitely in my top 3 movies ever made. It belongs there, because there is a huge ingredient in a lot of movies appears to miss: a sacred area. Although the acting and scenery are world class, the plot is basically the icing on cake.When comes amid Park Chan-Wook is unique (at least for Western standards) in his way of making movies. The colors are so bright and seemed to want each photo to be a work of art. One tip: If you put in Oldboy, Sympathy looking for Lady Vengeance, the third part of the trilogy, revenge Parks. He even superior camera work in Oldboy. Nothing, however, expect a similar story Oldboys, because you want to be very disappointed.When when it comes to acting and music, this film is one of the best films ever made. Music sticks in your head and every time I put my Oldboy DVD and theme song comes, I'm just flooded with wonderful memories (although the plot does not have a single reason to be happy). The characters are very well represented by the outstanding cast. Especially Choi Min-Sik Yu Ji-tae and sets very convincing performance. The only reason is that these two films are less well known and western production company. If we all live in Asia, Oldboy no doubt be in the top 20 of all time. My advice to those who have not seen this movie yet: Go see it! This is definitely a must-see. If you have a weak stomach, pull yourself together and watch it anyway. Not be as shallow as many people here tend to be. See more violence and the things that I mentioned before: world-class acting, cinematography, music, and last but not least the plot. Once opened you will find a whole new world of cinema. Enjoy!
